  • How does the 14-day trial work?

    It doesn’t matter which “START FREE TRIAL” button you click on the pricing page, you’ll be on the SOAR plan during your 14-day trial. You don’t need to enter a credit card, and there’s absolutely no commitment or contracts of any kind

  • How do I cancel my trial or subscription?

    It's easy and quick to cancel your trial or subscription. Just login to your account, and click on "Cancel", which is in the sidebar menu under "Support". Submit the request and a confirmation will be emailed to you.

  • What plan should I choose?

    Every customer starts out on a free trial on the Soar plan. This gives you the ability to use & experience nearly all the features that Upvia offers*, including the branded domain & login screen option. * Note: Marketing Autoresponders functionality is only available to paid plans

  • What happens when my free trial expires?

    When you decide that you’ll keep using Upvia, you can select any plan you wish at that time.

  • How do Upgrades/Downgrades work for Monthly/Yearly?

    When you upgrade to a ‘higher’ (e.g. Launch to Grow) monthly/yearly plan, we will always take into account the amount you’ve paid already and prorate the upgrade so that you don’t lose anything in the transaction. When you downgrade to a ‘lower’ (e.g. Soar to Start) monthly/yearly plan, we prorate the downgrade and add a credit to your account – future monthly/yearly payments will deduct from this credit until it reaches zero.

  • Can I purchase additional storage?

    Additional storage is available for $8/month ($96/year) per 250GB. You can stack this offer to extend your storage as much as you need. For example: if you need 1 TB of additional storage you can add-on $32/month to your monthly subscription and your storage will increase by 1 TB. Technical

  • How do I migrate my data from another CRM?

    Instead of adding your Contacts/Companies manually, you can choose to bulk-add them via a CSV file import. CSV stands for "Comma Separated Values" and it's a very common method for importing/exporting data. 
    Before you're ready to import your Contacts/Companies, you will need to do some thinking about how your data will be configured. If you want to use Custom Fields, proceed to our support page for more information.

  • Does Upvia work on mobile devices??

    Because Upvia is a PWA (Progressive Web App), you’ll have your very own (at no extra charge) White Labeled Mobile App that your Clients can install directly onto their iOS or Android devices!

  • How do I access technical support?

    You can browse our help documentation, and submit a support ticket, through our Help Desk HERE. There is also a very useful technical expert AI assistance that can answer many questions quickly.

  • Is my data secure?

    Absolutely! All of your data and files are transferred via 256-bit SSL encryption (the same level of security used by most banks), and all data is stored on HIPAA and EU Privacy Shield compliant servers.

  • Can I export my data if I leave Upvia or want to transfer my data to another system?

    The Contact and Company Export function allows you to export all or selected default and custom data for your Contacts. Once an export is initiated, you can download the CSV file.

    To export your Companies you will want to navigate to CRM > Companies and then select the "Reports" button.
